Full Moonshine Run #46 – Wolf Moon edition (NASHVILLE)

The next full moonshine run falls on January 10 under the luminance of the Wolf Moon, so named by Native Americans as when wolves howled in hunger outside the villages.

“In the still of the night
I hear the wolf howl, honey,
Sneakin’ around your door.”
~Whitesnake

Well, maybe not a wolf howling (but a coyote perhaps), and definitely not sneaking around your door…

And, since our society logo is a wolf howling at the moon, this is a FANTASTIC way to start the new year.

Meetup is at 7:45pm from Osborn Soccer Park south of Nolensville for an 8pm start and enjoy up to 6 miles of easy pace conversation for runners of all paces under the original running light. Course is an out-and-back, so runners are welcome to choose their own distance.

Wear your reflective gear and a head lamp (only illuminated for the rare vehicle on this country road) under this month’s full moon light. Bring a friend! Bring your dog!

Who’s in, ye luna-tics?

Feel free to share with your running club and buddies. Full moonshine running is a must-experience experience.

Rain date is January 11, 2020. Same time; same place.
